A.The blow molding machine have 1-year warranty (since machine arrive customer’s factory), with main components (e.g., MOOG wall thickness controller, servo motors) can extended to 2 years.

Free repair and replacement services cover mechanical, electrical, and software system failures during warranty period etc.

B.Service Response Protocol

(1) We've got a technical support hotline that's open around the clock, 24/7. No matter when you run into trouble, just give us a call!
(2) You can count on us to get back to you within 6 hours tops. We won't leave you hanging!
(3) There'll be a dedicated online service group just for you. It's a one-on-one deal, so you'll always have our full attention.
(4) We keep a local stock of spare parts, and it's pretty well-stocked. That way, we can do maintenance quickly and get things up and running again in no time.

C.Preventive Maintenance Program

Quarterly maintenance manual including: Performance diagnostics/ Lubrication system inspection/ Critical component calibration etc.

A.Critical Incident Response

(1) If it shuts down out of the blue, start checking it remotely right away.
(2) When production stops, swap in the exact same spare parts first thing.
(3) For big breakdowns, the CTO will lead a team and come up with a fix in 48 hours.

B.Emergency Team Structure

(1) For Level 1 issues, online service gourp team will provide help once receive videos or pictures.
(2) When it’s a Level 2 situation, the Technical Center will help out remotely and sort out getting the parts that customer need.
(3) If it’s a Level 3 problem, the R&D experts will step in and give you the high - tech support we're after.

Kinggle’s engineer team have over than 10 years blow molding experience to provide training.
(1) It covers everything from turn on the blow molding machine, setting the right parameters, streamlining the production process, to nailing down safety rules.
(2) You’ll learn how to figure out common problems, like when the die head gets clogged or the temperature control goes wonky, and how to fix them in a flash.
(3) The senior engineers from the Kinggle will dive into more advanced stuff, like improving the manufacturing process and keeping energy use in check.
