Kinggle Smart production system comprises three major machines series: Mold-moving series of blow molding machines, accumulator-head series of blow molding machines, and specialized and customizable series of blow molding machines.  

The Mold-moving series are innovated and independently developed by Kinggle Smart, which have characters of designs such like high-speed clamping structure for producing containers and products ranging from 1L to 30L. The accumulator-head series features Kinggle smart patented accumulator-die

Equipped with a high-molecular screw extrusion system and a high-speed clamping structure, These series offer advantages such as quick color changes, stable molding, and short production cycle time. The machines also incorporates premium electronic control systems, including MOOG parison control, visual touch screens and Mitsubishi PLC, ensuring precision and efficiency.  

The specialized and customizable series are independently developed by Kinggle smart to meet unique production needs and specialized product designs. These series are widely applied in producing plastic finished products like table and desk tops, pallets, ABS-specific products, large chemical packaging barrels or drums, and oversized containers like IBC tanks and more than 2,000 Liters. It features multi-die and multi-layer patented technology, hybrid screw extrusion technology, and innovative blowing processes principles, achieving high efficiency, stability and reducing production costs.
