2025 China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition (CHINAPLAS) is a globally anticipated annual event for the plastics and rubber industry. The exhibition focuses on innovative plastic and rubber solutions and industry information, serving as a "golden key" to uncovering opportunities of the era. As the largest international plastics industry exhibition with the most exhibitors and visitors, this year's CHINAPLAS will take place from April 15 to 18 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in China. The Mold-moving series are innovated and independently developed by Kinggle Smart, which have characters of designs such like high-speed clamping structure for producing containers and products ranging from 1L to 30L. The character of clamping mechanism boasts ultra-strong locking force, ensuring production processes more stable and shape molding much better. It can meet the needs for  1 to 6 layers of different product types and achieve the goal of high-speed, fully automated, and unmanned manufacturing.  


The accumulator-head series features Kinggle smart patented accumulator-die

head technology, enabling to realize the production of multi-layer products with various requirements. Equipped with a high-molecular screw extrusion system and a high-speed clamping structure, These series offer advantages such as quick color changes, stable molding, and short production cycle time. The machines also incorporates premium electronic control systems, including MOOG parison control, visual touch screens and Mitsubishi PLC, ensuring precision and efficiency.

The specialized and customizable series are independently developed by Kinggle smart to meet unique production needs and specialized product designs. These series are widely applied in producing plastic finished products like table and desk tops, pallets, ABS-specific products, large chemical packaging barrels or drums, and oversized containers like IBC tanks and more than 2,000 Liters. It features multi-die and multi-layer patented technology, hybrid screw extrusion technology, and innovative blowing processes principles, achieving high efficiency, stability and reducing production costs.
